  2. We make it

    Your maker creates the batch. We email you if dates change.

  3. Balance

    Paid a deposit? We send a secure link for the balance when it’s ready.

  4. Ships to you

    It ships first to pre-order customers, with tracking.

Pre-order terms
When will I be charged?

Full-payment pre-orders are charged at checkout. Deposit pre-orders charge the deposit now and the balance when your item is ready to ship.

What if the ship date changes?

We email you right away with the new date. If it no longer works for you, you can cancel for a full refund.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes, until it is released for shipping — from My Account → My Pre-orders.

Can I order in-stock items together?

Yes. In-stock items ship right away; pre-order items ship when they arrive.

What does “Notify me” do?

We send one email when that product opens for pre-order or sale. Nothing else.
