Who we are

What we collect and why
- Orders: name, addresses, email, phone and order details — to deliver your order, for receipts and for tax/accounting records.
- Accounts: your profile, addresses, wishlist and preferences.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to the data it processes.
- Emails: order and shipping emails always; news and cart reminders only if you agreed (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- Contact form: what you send us, to answer you.
- Reviews: your name and review text, shown publicly after approval.
- Analytics and security: basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security (Wordfence), caching and to keep the site working.
Cookies
We use cookies that the shop needs (cart, login, checkout) and a cookie for guest wishlists.
Analytics (only if you allow it). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and which products are added to the cart. Google Analytics loads only after you tap “Allow” in our cookie banner; if you choose “No thanks”, it never loads. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* (kept up to 2 years) and Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies. Who we share data with
- Stripe (payments).
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) — your name and address.
- Our email service and hosting provider (Hostinger).
- Makers on the marketplace receive what they need to ship your order (name and shipping address).
How long we keep it
Order records as long as tax law requires; saved carts (with your consent) for 30 days; contact messages until no longer needed.
Your rights
