Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands) and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Rates
- Oʻahu: flat rate, or free local pickup.
- Neighbor islands: flat rate.
- Continental U.S.: flat rate.
- Alaska and U.S. territories: flat rate.
- Free shipping on orders over the amount shown in the cart.

Processing and delivery times
In-stock items usually leave within 1–3 business days. Delivery after shipping: about 2–4 business days within Hawaiʻi, 5–8 to the mainland, 6–10 to Alaska and the territories. Pre-orders ship when stock arrives (see the expected date on each product).
Several packages
If your order includes in-stock items and pre-orders — or pieces from different makers — it may arrive in more than one package. We email tracking for each.
Lost or damaged packages
Tell us within 7 days of delivery at [store email] with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace or refund.
